    Hello and thanks for checking out The Skyrocketing Parachute.

    While my Storenvy was established in 2013, I've been selling for quite some time even before then. I do try my best in all regards of my little shop so I hope that shopping with me will be a good experience for you.

    As the sole owner of The Skyrocketing Parachute, handling all aspects of the store such as pictures, unboxing/organizing items, packing, shipping, and answering your messages is not an easy feat but I'm proud of what I've been able to do. I've accumulated over 3000 feedback across various selling platforms with even more transactions to count and I believe I can continue to improve. That said, I'm always open to hearing your feedback so if there's anything I can do better, please feel free to let me know.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Due to increased shipping costs for international orders, I do not currently accept orders for orders placed outside of the US via Storenvy.

  • How long does it take for you to ship?

    All orders will be shipped via 3 business days.

  • What shipping carrier and method do you use?

    I use the USPS and Ground Advantage for most packages. If necessary, Priority Mail will be used. You can also request shipment via priority or express mail but the costs will vary depending on your zip code/country. Please feel free to contact me to discuss the options/costs.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Shipping is available to the USA only at this time. Once shipped, most domestic orders generally take 3 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of the postal service. In the case of postal delays or holidays, it may take longer than estimated.

  • Can I track my package?

    Yes, tracking is included for all packages shipped within the USA. Updates are usually available within 24-48 hours and can checked via the www.usps.com website.

  • Do you include an invoice or a packing slip in the package?

    No, I do not normally include any invoices or packing slips in the package. If you need one, please let me know during your order.

  • How can I leave you feedback?
